We make moving easy with a convenient commercial loading dock and freight elevator. Tenants, using their own movers, may use the freight elevator at no charge. As long as it fits through your office door, your business furniture and supplies won’t be too big of a challenge for The Clock Tower.
The Clock Tower is equipped with a passenger elevator to serve all floors of the building. The property is ADA-accessible, ensuring comfortable access for tenants, employees, customers, and visitors alike with convenient load-in options.

NEIGHBORHOOD AMENITIES
Milwaukee County Transit System bus stops (Route 21 and Route 30) are right outside The Clock Tower’s front door, providing a handy transportation option for you, your clients, employees, and customers.
You can easily connect to The Hop, Milwaukee’s streetcar, at the Burns Commons station by grabbing the MCTS Route 30 on Farwell Avenue, and traveling one-mile south to Ogden Avenue. The Hop can easily connect you to downtown, the Third Ward, Summerfest, the Milwaukee Art Museum, the Amtrak station and many other popular local entertainment and business venues.
The Oak Leaf Bike Trail has numerous access points only a few blocks away from The Clock Tower. The 135 miles of the Oak Leaf trail easily connects the East Side to the North Shore, Downtown, the South Side, the Hank Aaron State Trail, the Beerline Trail and more.
There are three Bublr Bike rental stations nearby. The closest one is kiddie corner from The Clock Tower, in front of Whole Foods - Bublr Bike North and Prospect; another is one block East, by the hospital, on the corner- Bublr Bike Lake Drive and North Ave; and the third stand is a couple of blocks West - Bublr Bike East Library. Bublr Bikes offer hourly bike rentals for both manual and e-bikes, which can be returned at one of their over 100 docking stations.
Whole Foods is conveniently located right across the street. With plenty of grab-and-go options, as well as a hot bar, it is a great place to pick up healthy and delicious food for a quick meal. Need to get groceries on your way home? Whole Foods has you covered with a great selection of deli, fresh bakery, organic produce, and pantry items. It even has an Amazon package pickup/return location inside.
The intersection of Prospect and North Avenue is one of the busiest in Milwaukee. This means greater exposure for your business and more opportunities for signage and other physical marketing.
